I've been using this business for 14 years. Civcon have a very good range of tanks, pumps and various fittings. Staffed by a happy, helpful and knowledgeable team, this business is my first point of call when I need components for my home water storage. My most recent purchase was this morning when I bought a replacement pump for a 14 year old pump that had been ailing for two years. When I first reported a problem Civcon provided information about resetting the pump, and this gave the pump an extra couple of years of useful life. This is a first class business! Mike

Installation of water tank was disgraceful. Dozens of faults as emailed to the business. Issues included multiple screw holes left in tank where screws did not align, many many gaps in rodent proofing, jagged edges where tin was trimmed, metal shavings left on floor of plastic tank lining, joined metal sheets where full length sheets should have been, earth straps not connected. Repairs to roof did fix most issues but not all. Communication was very poor including no follow up after repairs attempted. Thank you for reading!
Very poor service. We sent in a pump to be fixed, they failed to fix it but charged us anyway and refused to give us a refund. Customer service was very unhelpful. We won’t be buying our tanks or pumps from this organisation.
