Outstanding quality and service. Craig’s communications throughout the whole purchase were excellent and timely. It’s good to see the artwork before confirming the order and I can say that I was not disappointed in the end result. Craig went above and beyond to get the artwork for a badge I needed for my Dad’s medal box and it turned out exactly as I asked for. I will highly recommend the medal boxes, the best I have seen anywhere.

I wanted to celebrate my Grandparents WW2 service and display their medals. After researching a number of medal boxes on the Internet, I contacted Craig with a vague idea of what I wanted. Craig was very quick to reply to my email and gave a number of suggestions to help with deciding what to engrave on the medal box. After only a couple of days, I received the engraved medal box. The first thing I saw when I opened the packaging was the engraving. The engraving is of an exquisite finish, of the highest quality. The medal box itself is stunning, with the quality of the jarrah medal box second-to-none. It’s a beautiful, beautiful medal box of superb finish. I am over the moon with this medal box, and would highly recommend Craig to any person looking to proudly display their family medals. I only wish that my Grandparents were still alive to see this, as they would have been very happy.
