We first learned of the gin range interestingly enough from a good friend from our home country. Were even more stoked to discover it is produced in Yarra Valley an hour drive from where we live. Covid came and put our visit on hold for a year! Nonetheless we bought the Bloodly Shiraz from the neighbourhood bottleshop and loved it. Shared with our new best friend who loved it too. Finally we managed to make our way today to have a bit of an advanced celebration to mark an occasion. What a great time thanks to our incredible host Elton who explained the different G&T orders. Needless to say we took home more drinks to stock up!

Staff were incredible. Super friendly, made us feel very welcome and were extremely knowledgable about the product and provided excellent recommendations. The tasting paddle was a great way to start our afternoon and the cocktails were next level amazing!! Highly recommend
A group of us went to Four Pillars over the Easter Long weekend. The mezzanine gin tasting session is a must.Our hosts Elton and Lizzie have an amazing passion for gin that was seriously infectious. Unfortunately my husband didn't get to taste any on this session due to feeling a bit dusty after a big night the night before. Elton noted my husband looking green around the gills during the beginning of the session and sprung into action and arranged Lizzie to make a jug of Berocca for Paul. We had lots of laughs and enjoyed the informative session and tasting. We will go back for sure so Paul can have the full tasting experience. Thanks guys so much for your hospitality and for going above and beyond that day and as Paul said you saved the day. Cheers Kate
The staffed here are AHHH-MAZING. My friend and I were served by Nick and he was so lovely, knew what he was talking about, funny and just a really nice experience. Everyone is so friendly and understanding. Will 100% be going back. Also, we had the paddle taster board, and it's such a good price for what you get. Highly recommend!
We finally got to four pillars today & loved every second of the experience. Our waiters were awesome, so chill and knowledgeable. We had a gin tasting paddle each, a cheese board and some cocktails. All perfect, even got 10 off our purchase as we left. Bloody Shiraz rules. We’ll be back!

Great gin but a cold cold atmosphere. The staff spent more time making sure we arrived and left on time than they did explaining the details of the gin and its production. Not blaming the staff, who tried hard, but the humourless accountant who dictated their behaviour. The prices being charged weren't exactly friendly either (try Dan Murphys for a better deal). A long way from the party atmosphere you expect from good liquor. While the product is indeed superb this experience made me less likely to be a future purchaser.
My wine tour group were lucky to enjoy the first private tasting of the year, and it was fantastic! Extremely informative, my group were very impressed
