So expensive services, unfriendly behavior by the Notary. She asked 50 for certifying a copy of my passport, while I did it for free at a chemist. 200 for Notary certifying another document, which took 5 minutes.

Just amazing experience and service in getting papers notorised for a house sale in US. She was thorough and went above what was asked for, to review and make sure the paperwork/notorisation is perfect so we have no issues. The settlement company/attorneys in US were very happy and house was sold. She was very friendly and glad she gave us an appointment around the holiday time frame. It was worth the 1 hour commute to get the job done by the right person.
