I booked to see the doctor Jacky at 4.15 pm but I have to wait more than 1 hour. So disappointed for my first time here.
I had a splinter in my finger, and the Dr proceeded to stab the affected area with a needle until it was a bloody mess. No anaesthetic. I wasn't even sitting down while he stabbed at it. By the end of the 19th century treatment, I had cold sweat and dizzy, and needed to lie down. To top it off, another Dr thinks that he managed to break the splinter off and I would need additional treatment. He doesn't seem to care, and the nurse at another medical centre I attended were horrified when she saw the dressing. The wound was not cleaned, and the dressing sloppy.
Family doctor for over a decade. Consultations are in depth and expedited. Medicines are not prescribed for no reason or poor reasons.
It's horrible, tried to call them, they were really rude and mean. Didn't want to talk to me because it is Saturday. Unbelievable.
Disappointed with Dr Kiing Hsiang Law. 300 and I have not been helped at all. Some doctors do not care.
