I went there today to get some course advice and I’m really impressed and happy with the staff. Milica (the person who helped me) spent a lot of time with me and made sure that everything was clear and easy to understand. When I left I was supposed to contact more people to get some specific answers but in the end they ended up contacting me with within a few hours with the rest of the info I needed. Thanks so much for your help!

be prepared for them to lose the majority of the information throughout your time here. Then when you ask for the lost information they will have little to no idea what you are talking about. in terms of electrotechnology i didn't meet a fellow student who did not have the same issue. Employers please stop sending your apprentices here. its not worth the headache.

I did not end up studying here however I must commend the student recruitment staff for a great experience when I went down there recently for an appointment to discuss options through Swinburne. As a mature age student trying to navigate the options available in higher education space, the discussion was insightful and very helpful.
