Twice I’ve been to BCB and the customer service was AMAZING. Whilst also working hard the wait staff also managed to give us good recommendations and wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend their margaritas, I would honestly go back just for the margaritas, they’re that good.

Loved the ambience. The outside seating was nice too but since it was windy and chilly we opted to sit inside. The cocktails, food was overall good. I would give 4.6 to this place. The only problem.i had was the batter was cauliflower popcorn tasted a bit raw from inside taste was good thou The chef also made the veg quesadilla for us on our special request. Since i wanted to have one wothout chicken. Can recommend anyone to have mexican here other than bigger chain like gyg. They serve varities that are not usual. Will definitely look forward to try more items from their menu if i get chance to visit this place again.
I got a chicken burrito and a breakfast burrito with egg. The burrito was packed with fresh ingredients. It was a HUGE meal. And absolutely bloody delicious!! I had some cauliflower popcorn chicken which was coated in some yummy crumbs. I've personally found good Mexican hard to find. Well that's before I found this place. If your looking for some good quality Mexican food, this is your place. Extra points for sustainable packaging too, no foam in sight! Yay haha. I'm definitely going back!
The bay city bomber is easily the best burrito in Melbourne - and there are plenty of burritos on the menu that include guacamole. It's actually acknowledged as an ingredient that is a core part of a good burrito (flavour depending) and not just a way to drip charge for an extra couple of bucks. That alone is worth an extra couple of stars!

Great food, was able to get a great Keto meal with little fuss. Burrito bowl tasted fantastic.
Food tastes great, however they have always managed to get my order wrong (whether it be takeaway or eat in). This has happened every single time for the past 4 times I have dined with them and it is honestly so disappointing because I love the food! I ask for no beans on my burrito and yet consistently get beans every single time, and the one time I didn't get beans today (they got the no beans part of the order correct) I ended up not getting a burrito and got a bowl instead? Really disappointing considering I do like the taste of their food. Hope the management will see this and do better.
Probably our all time favourite Mexican type restaurant to visit in Melbourne. We make the 50minute drive to Hawthorn several times a year. The cost adds up quickly for a family of 4 but the authentic street style food is worth it. The salsas are really something special - made on site and packed full of flavour. The tortilla chips beat standard corn chips, especially when they're freshly made. The burritos are LARGE! We always leave so full and have to force in our favourite icecream from next door before the drive home...often with another serve of salsa and tortilla chips in a take away bag!! I have been coming here since they opened under another name about 10-11years ago... Service is always friendly and helpful. Oh, and try the guava jarittos to drink - sweet and delicious softdrink!
