Been going here for a looooong time and it's always been the same consistent type of service, not overly positive but not too bad. They run out of chicken quite often and drive thru can be a nightmare sometimes (always check you have everything you ordered) but mostly the staff are young and are just trying hard to learn what it means to be in the workplace and responsibilities so I can't fault them too much. We loved when they had the black buns .. bring those back soon!
Food nice and fresh. Long line up for service made slow delivery.
Awful. They get your order wrong every time. The chicken is always dry as, and the new donut balls were crunchy because they were so dry. I could crush them in my hand and they would turn to dust. Theyre incompetent! They have been awful for years now.

The place was very dirty. Employees are lazy because they weren't that busy so that they weren't able to clean the tables at least. Also, the chips were sort of raw, not well done. This is my first time in KFC, and honestly, I don't see myself coming back ever.
It's amazing how they can get your order wrong everytime like im not joking their is always something missing. If it wasn't for my love for the food I'd be going to a different Kfc instead of this one! Don't even dare to do menulog with them otherwise you'll be missing food and you'll most likely to get your delivery paid back... but you're still missing the food tho TLDR: In short always check your food and don't menulog with them
Always get our order wrong, wait time is very long, chips are cold and never seem to have chicken! Needs a massive team culture change/overhaul.
