ALL the help I need to get the job done
Great business. Friendly staff. Have a large array of nuts, bolts and steel that the big hardware stores don't bother stocking because there's not a good profit margin for them. We need to keep supporting businesses like these so that they can survive in the future.
Once again the fellows at K&k have gone above and beyond to assist me in sourcing some small parts for my faulty compressor.

All my dealing with K&K Steel over decades has been proficient & timely. We a fortunate to have such a company in a midst.
If you are just there to pickup steel they should be competent enough to provide you what you want. However if you want welding work, drilling work or you want a custom job complete, this is not the place for you. On two separate occasions I have approached K&K Steel to complete work, both occassions they told me they could deliver in the following week. Two weeks later no call, called them was told they would ring back later as the person that answered indicated it was not their job and they would look into it. No call, turned up 2 days later to find not only had the jobs not started there was no delivery date put on the job by the person that served me so it kept being pushed back. In the end I went else where. So if you are on a tight time line, or expect some level of customer service perhaps head to Mornington or Frankston.
