Rang Linda at 11:30am for a quote and discovered there was no need to ring any further companies as the price was half the amount of the first 4 I had called.the bin was here in 2 hours and delivered by a very friendly gentleman. Will be only using this company for further rubbish removal x thank you so much Bin Smart!!

Hidden charges. Asked for a 8 meter skip, was delivered a 10 meter skip and told it would be an extra 45 If I wanted to fill it up, which I did thinking it was a great deal. Was then charged and extra 200 for excess weight. How is a regular person supposed to weigh a 10 meter skip, makes no sense and still doesn't explain what the 45 was for.

A big thanks to all at Binsmart for being so accommodating. I often need Rubbish Removal from after hours Commercial Jobs and any time i ring them and make an unusual request it is met with a "Can Do " answer. Whether it is a late night drop off , early pick up or a "Load and Go " , nothing has been a problem .I have used them many times and never had a bin not show up , been late or not picked up and out of the way when i needed it. Apart from the excellent service i get , the price of every bin i use , whether its a 3 or a 20 meter is heaps cheaper than anyone else .Their Drivers actually care about doing the right thing too and working in with us which makes my job easier and avoids dramas onsite . Thanks Binsmart !
