Great price quality and access
Absolutely no shame or remorse, my partner and I got a phone call to collect what we had and hand over money, all they gave us was one box, our belongings had been taken my partner's deceased father's belongings they took, the manager conveniently wasn't there for our scheduled appointment, we lost a lot of personnel belongings certainly don't put your trust in this storage company, how can we retrieve a dead person's personal stuff that they helped themselves to? We can't...
Good.
We have had several storage units with Melco for over 12 years whilst we travelled and I could not fault them. As a company their service and friendly manner has always been top notch. Even when we were across the other side of the country they made contact with us during the terrible floods in Toowoomba to assure us all was well with our belongings. If you are wanting a cheap but incredibly secure storage method I highly recommend Melco storage. After 12 years with them we have never had an issue with a single thing nor any damage to our stored belongings caused by them.
