don’t go there find other place saturday morning classe 7/may/2020 to the CBD manager very rude teacher first better train himself self then people there was two asian lady they couldn’t speak english very well he take advantage of them and yelling at them dear teacher : if you seeing this le me tell ya something you getting paid to help people to learn something mate you even don’t know how to treat a lady what kind of teacher you are !!!!! i’ve asked a question about the online course teacher said i’m not fu**** IT call the coustomer support he was so aggressive

Since booking with their online systems, my credit card received thousands of dollars in fraud. Their security is clearly not sufficient. About the course itself, I have to say our instructor was very good. However, the room's carpets were very dirty, the equipment extremely old and overall a very run down place. If I needed to do this course again, I would put a little more money in and go for a better overall experience, rather than a cheap certification.

WARNING If you are thinking about taking a first Aid course with this company DON'T !!! The male trainer was so rude and arrogant and he was a bully. He was so rude to people of colour he was yelling at people and belittling them, I almost walked out in the firat half hour but I had to stay as this was the only day I was able to do the course. I walk out feeling humiliated and depressed.

Had an incredible day learning all about first aid taught by Mark - who was quite the extraordinary hilarious EXPERIENCED man who makes you feel right at home but very honest and funny. Thank you so much Mark!!! Parking is on side streets, so convenient and train station is not a far walk away.

Limited parking options and the location was not entirely ideal. The company was inefficient in its processes, and there were many system errors. The tutor was however hard to fault.
