My doctor warned me to stay away from these people as they have no morals. I didn't listen. I was verbally abused by the staff and pharmacist - and then I had to pay money for my medication!! Stay away from these people. They only care about taking your money. They are fake. I will never go there again, plenty of better places to go. My review was the most recent, yet it was hidden at the bottom of the page so it couldn't be seen. I bet they pay money so you only see the 5 star reviews at the top. Disgusting. While I appreciate the prompt response from the owner, I do not wish to do further business with Visionary chemist as I have found better service, products and prices elsewhere. The way your pharmacist spoke to me was completely unacceptable. You won't find me in your system under this name as this is my partner's account. I did not consent to giving you my phone number due to privacy concerns. Thank you for your reply.

Good and easy service, they seemed to have the compounds that so many other pharmacies didn’t have in Newcastle.
I recall having an appointment here while in the Newcastle area. The person I saw just yelled and degraded me during my appointment. When I told him I was taking no medication, he yelled at me even more. It was absolutely unprofessional. They have no concept of bedside manners. I strongly recommend to stay away from this business.
I was so happy I found this place, finding any where that knows about what I have and making creams that could work plus adding extra information is such an amazing help that I will eternally be grateful for. The staff are kind, patient, friendly, take all the time necessary to talk either in person or on the phone with out rushing. Prices may be a bit higher but it is so worth it just to get the help, and creams etc needed. Thank you to all staff at Visionary Health.
I cannot speak highly of this team enough. So knowledgable and patient with me and willing to take the time to listen. Always someone to chat to there and everyone is equally as considerate, helpful, and skilled. An amazing team.
Went there today to get a script for my daughter filled paid 68 for a children’s melatonin last time I brought it it was 50 I’m absolutely disgusted called my next local compound chemist and the price was 28 .. for the exact same stuff .. also went in on other occasion and one of the ladies was so Rude to myself and my mother I almost died .. spoke down to me made me feel so belittled I walked out in tears .. another lady could see how upset I was getting and took over trying to help me .. Basically what I’m saying is extremely over priced and some of the staff are so lovely but some of the staff and down right rude and need an attitude adjustment. won’t be returning ever again
Very appreciative of this chemist especially because they deliver. Never met or spoken to an inconsiderate staff member yet and I've been buying their natural remedies for years. While a little pricey for some items I've needed, it has worked in my favour to do my homework first before making a purchase. After all, I've been far more out of pocket visiting cr@ppy doctors and dentists so I don't mind spending a little on holistic medicine.
