Ordered over the phone for chips. When I went into the store it said minimum 10 for eftpos. The lady on the phone should've said that before I ordered! Very embarrassing! The chips tasted average. I'll take my business elsewhere.

This is definitely not 3 worth of chips. Also asked for a fish cake and received a piece of battered fish. Two completely different things.
Brilliant fish and chippies are fresh cut goodness. Burgers are solid value. Although the owners have changed the service and food remains the same and brilliant. Our go to chippy in the newy area!
Lovely family owned business. Fish and chips cooked to perfection and that is rare these days for a fish and chip shop tbh :) If I could give 6 stars I would. I recommend to everyone in Newcastle.

Service was very friendly, and I couldn't believe the size of this works burger, chips, and a coke, for 11. A Big Mac meal would cost more than that and is total rubbish. I'm definitely not a food photographer so excuse the photo, it doesn't do Justice to the burger, but trust me it was big and yummy.

Sorry to say I was disappointed. The quantity was fine but not the quality. The chips didn’t look appealing, the calamari wasn’t calamari (it was sort mushy inside, no way was it real). The fish was ok. The shop was busy so maybe that’s why. But there’s no reason for the calamari to be what it was. On a positive note, the staff were lovely.
