Our family of five booked a personal tour to see Newcastle and the Hunter Valley when the cruise ship we were on docked in port, and a week before the tour the company we'd booked through advised us they regrettably had to close their business at short notice. They recommended 'Dennis' from Luxlift to take over the booking. Dennis told us this was his first 'talking' tour as he usually focuses on airport transfers and private driving contracts. All I can say is we would never have known it was his first tour if he hadn't told us and by end of day we felt like the luckiest people alive to have had Dennis as our guide. We had such a wonderful, wonderful day being driven around Newcastle and the Hunter Valley with time for an amazing lunch at 'Baume' as well. In addition to being a true gentleman, Dennis was reliable, professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend Dennis and his company - Karen and family
