Took my new van here for the capped price servicing. And when I was told to take it to a private mechanic as they can service it also, I told them No I was happy taking it to Toyota. Then the next time I called up to book a service the service receptionist obviously was in a Horrid mood, she was rude and you could tell easily in her voice she wanted to be elsewhere. Have never taken it back or thought of taking it back again since. Now I take it to the small guy and services were cheaper than "Capped Price serving !

Brought a 2nd hand car from them for 27k. Found air filter blocked with dirt/dust, shock bushes non existent, no service, empty fuel tank. 6 months later vehicle died on highway and had to get it towed back with own money. They told me it needed a new engine without inspecting the vehicle all they did was take oil cap off and say a piston is cracked. Quoted me 17k for just the engine replacement. I removed the head to find the injectors failed causing the problem. I’ve rebuilt the engine for 5k. They did nothing to help me. Would not recommend buying of them. Or get checked over by trusted mechanic cause they Obviously don’t.

If I could rate them a zero, I would. I have had a horrible experience with them in 2017 when they sold me a used Suzuki Swift that was not safe to begin with. I bought from them thinking that they are a reputable company, and since I had very little experience with cars, I trusted them and their name. I had issues with the car from day one, with faulty side mirror blinkers and gas door unable to open ( I found that out soon because the gas was almost empty when handed over to me- so tacky!) They fixed that but it then the problems just were ongoing- balding tyres, disgusting interior with lolly wrappers and hairs in between crevices, etc. I had to return the car to their service centre multiple times. The engine light would turn on as soon as I used it and the cycle of bringing it to them and waiting just went on around four times. They said they could not identify the issue, and they had to send my car to Suzuki service centre. No explanation as to what the issues were, they say, the communication from them was relatively poor. I raised my complaint to fair trading and was basically told Toyota can just fix the issue according to their time and I would just have to wait. I was asked to send copies of all paperwork I had relating to the car, and amongst the little pile I had was a copy of the inspection checklist I luckily asked for when I encountered the first issue. I was contacted by the service manager the very next day saying that they will return all my money, and explained that the car was in very poor state, appears to never been serviced by the previous owner, and had a major oil flooding in the engine. I bought the car in August and was able to get my money back in October. Two months of stress and anxiety, maybe it was just me, maybe they thought I was an easy stupid target but I try to warn people to never trust these guys. They are liars and just disgusting! Document every encounter and if you can save every conversation you have with them.
