I was made to feel welcome. My arrival was expected and the relevant paperwork was ready. The staff were organized and my waiting time was minimal. Everything went well.

Service level has dropped as has the care provided. Due to our 10 month old having a cough we were told the only way to be seen was out the back. This would have been fine if we didn't wait 1hour 15 minutes to be seen for maximum of 2 minutes. It's no wonder so many people are now leaving town to see doctors or waiting until they are that sick they need to be in hospital.

HMG asked for my review so here it is; I visited HMG for the first time yesterday. Not much in the way of signage as to where in the rabbit warren I was meant to be going (ie upon entry there are 2 reception desks & first up I got told to go right to the waiting room, which was incorrect, then told no go back to the left waiting room, but the lack of adequate signage meant I went to the first one which was a procedure waiting room or something- NOT the correct waiting room for the doctor i was seeing (that waiting room was up further), with barely if any obvious signage from reception area... sooo confusing! A sign with doctors names & arrows etc wouldn't cost a fortune but could save a lot of confusion! Wait time was not unreasonable (10-15mins). Interaction with staff wasn't unpleasant but wasn't exactly welcoming either (doing their jobs). Just another visit to a medical centre, nothing out of the ordinary. Doctor Teo was a good listener. Follow up is yet to come, but hoping for a good outcome.
