Have been servicing our car there for 4 years and had good experiences and clear communication. However, there seems to be a new service manager and our experience with him was terrible. Defensive, trying to blame me (and anyone but himself) for mistakes they made with the booking and work that they had promised to do on the last 2 services. We won't be using them anymore, not worth paying extra for less service than any number of local mechanics can provide without a defensive and angry attitude.
Kloster Hyundai is fantastic to deal with. All staff are amazing, Brad was nothing but helpful and did everything with a smile. Would 100% recommend buying a car from this group! Next car I will be upgrading to animal assist!
Friendly and knowledgeable sales team. Brad took the hassle and worry out of purchasing a new car. I have full confidence in the service team, when my I30n goes in for a service. The service includes a full report and some actual footage of the service sent to my email. The footage is a great idea.
