A small restaurant with an intimate feel. You’re close proximity to the chefs only enhances the experience, especially if dining on the bench. The service was fast and super friendly and the food was outstanding - the photos will speak for themselves.

Great service and food, first time having Yakitori in Sydney and it was reminisce of our holiday in Japan where we dined at many izakaya restaurants. I would recommend the omakase 6 piece chef selection which has a good variety of Yakitori. Had to wait a while to get a booking but it was worth it.

We enjoyed our dinner filled with bountiful of beautiful, authentic & modern Japanese dishes. The staff was very nice & helpful. You can also watch the chefs prepare the dishes behind the glass windows.

Thank you to my friend who recommended this place. The food was spot on and excellent service. The sashimi was so fresh any fresher would start moving on the plate. I think this will now be my go to place for traditional Japanese food.

I would eat here 7 days a week if I could. If they grilled a gumboot, I'd probably still end up coming back for seconds!

The food is OK but didn't get blown away by it except for 1 dish. Went for the the yakitori but it lacked the thick sauce which is really its heart and sole. the best is the grilled rice and jin soup which is highly recommended. they put chicken meat ball in the rice and then grill it on fire. Really something unique and should be tried. The spicy chicken ramen was ordinary.
