Terrible customer service. Bought a car back in February, caught a train from Brisbane to pick it up and realised we had been given the incorrect floor mats when we returned home. Something that would have been noticed when they were putting them in as they don't line up with the attachments at all. The dealership told us they would send us the new ones, but originally were having issues getting them due to Covid. 6 months later our calls are still being dodged, have called nearly every day this week being promised we would get a call back and we have never received one. Out of frustration we called their Noosa branch to see what the wait time is on floor mat who said they could have the mats in within 24 hours. Would like to be contacted please.
Took vehicle for regular service with a noise in the front. Technician identified a knocking noise in suspension. Took it back when parts arrived and replaced a wheel bearing. Excellent service thank you.

I love going to Madill Holden. I am friends with John Brennan. I hear they are moving to Madill Mazda and I will get to be at Madill Holden and Mazda at the same time. There will be a grand opening on the 19th of December 2019 and there will be a BBQ and cakes and lollies and a jumping castle and everything will be nut free. On my YOUTUBE channel I just do what ever I want but I can detail anything but on the day of the grand opening I will be detailing 10 cars but I can do some other cars that I’m not detailing another time and the detailing will be 10.
