Pilates reformer with the team at Everyday Gymea has made me feel so much stronger and stable. I also love yoga, and I find the two compliment each other so perfectly. My fave instructors (in no particular order) are Cathy, Melanie, Kelly, Taylah and Lachlan

Exceptional studio with brilliant trainers who bring different programs to the classes every week. Grounded and friendly atmosphere and you are supported to meet yourself at the level you are at on the day, which I love. I am feeling more toned and strong and my injuries are sorting themselves out thanks to pilates, the reformer and the trainers care and attention to detail at this studio. I highly recommend Cathy and her team.
Just finished their 49 two week trial. Had a go at all the classes. Great variety and they were all excellent. Can highly recommend!
