Very helpful but didnt have what we wanted

Class. Sums up the whole experience with Real Flame Geelong. From the initial visit in their store, through the quoting process with Mel, and the installation, the team at Real Flame were nothing less than utterly professional. No fuss and no hurdle Stuart and the installation team could not overcome. The install team arrived when they said they would, installed the heater, cleaned up and left. No fuss. The heater is beautiful and the heat it provides is much more comfortable than the ducted heating in place. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. A class act.
Avoid! Terrible service! Cunning approach not genuine! I called to inquire if they had a particular electric heater size which they did at 2500. I told the sales assistant that's out of my budget He asks what is your budget? My budget is 2000-2200 he (Andrew) "said let me check my book....no problem... I can do that price, come down!" I drive almost 1 hour 30 mins from Melton arrive there he apparently remembers my name but not the price he quoted. Followed by the Owner giving me terrible services (LADY) didn't know how to operate the heater however did know how to lie just like her employees. Not to mention he said the heater was on display so I could see how it looked which it wasn't, they had a different model displayed. Disgraceful wasted my day driving 3 hours and was insulted as a customer. No apology, no curtsy, no customer services, no product knowledge. -Confirm details 2 or 3 times before attending the showroom-

Over a period of 3 months we had a wood burning heater, a new 5 oven AGA stove and a range hood installed by Real Flame. The installations were carried out by Stuart and his associates and we were impressed by the quality of their work. Very professional, very friendly and exceptional attention to detail. As these installations were in an existing house, a lot of thought and effort was required to make sure the units fitted in aesthetically. The results were excellent. Many thanks to Real Flame for their great friendly service.

Having been to several other heater stores in Geelong, I can't believe we almost missed going to Real Flame in Gordan Ave in Geelong! Melissa was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful and nothing was too much for her in helping us. When the new unit was installed, the same could be said for Stuart, Rowan and Stuart's daughter. They were extremely efficient and professional in every way and they were tidy and paid a lot of attention to detail. We had a rectangular shaped gas log (stones) installed by cutting through the wall so that the finished product looks very modern and minimalist. So far there have been several cooler nights to have the new heater on! It is perfect! Thankyou so much to your team Stuart. It has been an absolute pleasure to have had your business.
We recently installed a gas fireplace using Real Flame Geelong. Stuart and his team from Real Flame Geelong were fantastic. Their level of service and professionalism were outstanding and the careful attention to detail was exceptional. They were able to complete the project within the time frame we had specified and they were able to do all the necessary ancillary electrical, plumbing and structural work in-house as they progressed through the stages of the installation. We are very happy with our new fireplace and would have no hesitation in recommending the team to anyone considering installing a fireplace.
