Do not buy from Little Earth Nest! They are scammers!! I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased from them. Like many others, I also had a shocking experience and never received my goods. Prior to placing my order, the store was very quick to respond to an email I wrote about a product, so I had a positive feeling about them. However, once I ordered and paid the money, I did not hear from them again despite my repeated attempts to get a delivery update. I also wrote to them on Instagram but they deleted my comment. I can see they are still active on social media and promoting misleading posts to get more sales from unsuspecting customers. I've lodged a claim through my bank as it seems this store has stolen my money with no intention of supplying the items. I have also reported them to Shopify, the tech company that enables online payments on their website, so hopefully they can't keep taking payments. Little Earth Nest should be shut down and held accountable.

Worst company ever! I waited 10 days after purchase before emailing them and had zero contact back until 5 days after my first email where they said I need to get in the queue and wait patiently for their reply. They then went on to say they don't even have what I ordered in stock. I was offered a refund, that was a week ago. I still have no refund!

I placed an order in August 2020 and received it without issue. Great quality eco friendly products. I then placed another order in January this year (2021) for two eco friendly bath toys. They were delayed with stock but I was happy to wait. I received communication to advise of the delays and if I wanted to exchange an item that would be delayed further which I did and received my order fine. Communication was good and I was very happy with my purchase. I’m very surprised to see all the negative reviews to be honest as I had a good experience both times. Will shop here again.

I ordered from this site 6 months ago. My items were delivered in a timely manner and they were kind enough to gift wrap them for me as it was a baby shower gift being sent direct during our lockdowns. Amazing service, communication and the products themselves were exactly as advertised. I will happily continue to support this business and I am placing my third order now. I hope the difficulties others mention in recent reviews are taken in to consideration that these orders are being affected by the extreme difficulties of a pandemic.

Do not shop here!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Placed order, money taken from my account immediately... 3 weeks later still no shipping notification. Tried to contact company for an update and have received no replies to any of my 3 emails, 3 instagram DMs (which I can see they have read) and two phone calls.... and still no order. I'm still waiting for the business to contact me regarding my order that I placed almost a month ago.... Don't waste your time, shop elsewhere!

I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service received from this company. Having placed an order over 3 weeks ago, I have only just been notified that they could not 'find' the item and so it had not yet been sent. I then emailed wanting a refund as I was forced to purchase another toy in time for my sons birthday and was refused, as they stated they had to 'protect their small business'. Interesting that when I emailed about the fulfilment time, they proceeded to tell me that they were moving such large quantities of product (not such a small business after all) and could not cope with the level of orders. I have now lost 120 to two toys that I do not need and have very little faith in this company to meet parents needs on time.

Worse experience ever. I ordered a doll's house on 6/03/21. It's now 6/04/21. I've had no confirmation of shipping and when trying to contact the company 4 times via email, no-one has bothered to return my email and give me an update on my order. I would never use them again. I'll be seeking legal advice.

NEVER AGAIN I ordered natural rubber soothers on the 14/2/21 which said they WERE IN STOCK and after waiting almost 2 weeks with no shipping notification I emailed them.. only to be told they have had issues with stock and they don’t have them in their warehouse and won’t until ETA 7th of March... upon looking at other reviews from WEEKS ago they have the same issue of their dummies not being shipped due to being out of stock, so my question is WHY WERE THEY STILL ADVERTISED FOR SALE ONLINE‼️‼️ you’re tricking people into purchasing your products when they aren’t in stock, why? I’m down to one dummy and need them ASAP but don’t have the funds to go and double purchase else where I was told they won’t give me a refund which is a joke and I will be taking this further if one is not organised ASAP.
