Our primary school used this photographer for school photos in 2014, 2015 and 2016. I am very glad our school no longer uses Arthur Reed Photography. Unfortunately we lost the digital photos of our children's school photos. The other two companies that our school has used for photos (Advanced Life and School Pix) were very helpful, they accessed the digital copies and sent them to me free of charge as I had paid for the digital copies in the original orders. Although I had also paid for a digital copy of my children's photos with Arthur Reed, they took full advantage of our misfortune and charged me 80 for four photos. That cost was more than I had originally paid for each digital copy! Taking advantage of others' misfortune is not a great way to build a good reputation. Their customer service team were also quite difficult to get a hold of. I called three times before I actually got to speak to someone rather than just leaving a message - this is all before I was ripped off blind. Such a different experience compared to School Pix and Advanced Life - with those companies I got to speak to someone straight away, they found the photos while I was on the call and emailed them to me all within 5 minutes. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this terrible experience with Arthur Reed Photography.
The WORST photograph service ever existed!!!! Wish I could rate MINUS FIVE. 1.It took 5 weeks for them to deliver school photo. Already terribly long. 2. Then the photo turned out to be extremely bad quality. It showed bungle photography skills, and showed no dignity in doing their job. 3. The price is extremely high compared to other service in other schools we have experienced. Total rip off. 4. Website log in is a nightmare. Keeps asking to register again and again. How on earth this kind of horrible service still exists and even has contract with large schools around?????? One can guess that a very high commission has been paid to schools to obtain contracts!!!! Schools need to stay away from Arthur Reed photo service ASAP!!!!
VERY IMPRESSED! Gone are the days of school photos with the boring blue background that gather dust in the cupboard. I was so impressed when I opened the envelope to find great quality school photos with a fresh feel to them.
I was very satisfied with Arthur Reed back when my son was in primary but now that my son is in secondary school they are not doing their job well. They don’t care about how the photos look like, one of my Son’s friend eyes looks twitch, how could you pick that from several shots, my son look a different person, what a joke! Come on Arthur Reed do your job well, just can not understand how can you so be consistently good from my son's prep to year 6 photos, What happened to your photographer now?
Your photos are actually disgusting. Your photographer should get their eyes checked. Not one photo from last year or this year is worth buying. Even if I just order the class photos for three kids it will cost me 96. I'm so angry! How do you have the monopoly on school photos! You are ruining precious memories then parents feel obligated to purchase. I have put numerous complaints in. One of my child's codes this year says invalid so I guess I can't even see hers! I'm not surprised you don't have a FB page. You clearly don't want parents posting your rubbish work for the world to see! Poor form and unAustralian!

Utterly disappointed. It's a hard year for everyone but provided with no other option for photos I had to pay an extreme amount for a very poor photography (The hair of the child is all messy & its not the first time) 44 for just 3 prints & the site boasts it's a discount(their actual price is 81, just imagine). I purchased only once earlier & though to myself not to waste my money again. But this year my child was the class captain & I had no option. Will definitely make an official complaint to the school as well. I should have written to them earlier at least to look at these reviews before selecting a school photographer.
