Terrible customer service. The lady on the shopfront is extremely rude. DO NOT GET YOUR PARCELS DELIEVERED HERE. Refer to other reviews too. They will ask you repeatedly the name of the courier as if the sellers always advice buyers of courier providers being used. They will make zero effort to locate your parcel. If you are getting your parcel delivered here, you are an inconvenience to their business.

Service is disgusting at this news agency. They have always trouble to find the parcel. Not organised at all. I went to pick up my parcel yesterday, and the lady at the counter asked me to find it from back side of the counter. She couldn't find it and she was keep serving at the counter and ignoring me. Because serving at the counter was easier than finding my parcel. So, still don't have my parcel's . And it's not only 1 parcel , it is bloody 2 parcel .should be same size, from same courier company. The parcel item costs more that 200. And it is very important for my kids. I don't know what to do. But I'm willing to take this to the further step legally. If they can't find my parcel then i'll take legal actions.

I went to the newsagent yesterday and bought a magazine. The owner/man behind the counter was on his phone and talking quite loudly....he continued talking on the phone whilst serving me....no acknowledgement or greeting at all from him . My granddaughter, who is 14, was with me and commented after we left the shop how terrible his behaviour was. It seems he does not value his customers at all.

So rude to deal with and lost my parcel, then thought it was appropriate to not apologise at all or be helpful in anyway.

Service is a little cursory and it's looking a little tired these days, but it's still a great place to find stationery, magazines and newspapers in Manuka.
