Assisted by Luke to get first ever scope. He doesn't try to upsell just trying to understand what the need and the want. Picked up a Long Perng spotting scope. Kids ecstatic to be able to see the moon up close through the 60mm. The website stock status is up to date. Recommended store and staff is helpful. Nice small specialist shop.

Nice friendly staff that know what there talking about. I asked them to get a telescope in for me then when i went to pick it up they asked me who and what it was for as it was for my 10 year old son they said i would be better off going for a different one that was more suited to the task even though it was 400 cheaper than the one that i ordered. Great to see people putting customer service first instead of chasing top and they carried it to my car for me. I will be going back there again.

Assembled my gear incorrectly, offered to fix it then changed their mind, offered to provide a refund on labour, which doesnt fix the stuff up, and then stopped replying to any and all correspondence without any labour refund. I sent an email from an alternate alias regarding a random enquiry and they replied promptly so they are not open, honest and transparent to deal with.
