These guys are legends! Very professional and naturals at teaching music. Glad they’ve taken over Drumroom now to share the love.

Was a student here for 4 years and was always treated fairly in the time I was there. Teaching quality and service was excellent, staff were always genuinely happy so the place was perfect to jump start my guitar skills. They really fostered my love for music and I wouldn't have my current musical knowledge and ability without them.

First lets start off with the Drumroom music being an exceptional business catering to any age and always believes the customer comes first. Please, if you come here to look at the reviews, ignore the bad ones as those are just "revenge". Tony has gotten threats upon threats that if he doesn't refund the already completed lesson then they will get their friends and create a bad review. I highly recommend physically going into the business and ask the hundreds of students that are loving their lessons, that are absolutely having a blast! I just wanted to address the issue that is currently pursuing. Thanks, Heath

This is a terrible place. Upon learning the teachers are paid cash in hand and that none of them have a Working With Kids Check (that's the legal document you need to work with minors in Australia) I ran from this dodgy business. Also if you follow the trail the only positive review on here is from Heath, the owner Tony's son. What a joke.

If Basil Fawlty ever opened up a music tuition company, it would look a lot like Drumroom. During our time there, I had turned up on numerous occasions with my 2 girls to be told the lesson had been cancelled. They kept sending cancellation messages to my wife (who is not contactable a lot of the time, and therefore unable to pass on message to me). We kept asking them to send messages to me instead, but it never happened. They changed our piano teacher due to illness and replaced her with a guitar teacher (to teach piano), who we assumed was a piano teacher. Trying to organise catch up lessons due to them canceling on us was like pulling teeth. It was as if we were inconveniencing them! There is still a catch up that they couldn't do for us, but have flatly refused to refund the money, even though they couldn't provide the service we had paid for. We moved to Utopia Music (absolutely fantastic) this year as Drumroom couldn't offer us the Wednesday afternoon that we had always had, and it was the only day we were available. We are still waiting for the refund for the deposit that we paid back in December to hold the Wed afternoon that they couldn't provide. And on that note, he has stated that he is only willing to pay the initial deposit which was from 2 years ago and not the latest deposit we made. There's about 6 difference. Any company that is arguing over 6, as well as refusing to refund money for something they couldn't provide, with a client who has spent somewhere in the region of five thousand dollars with them, need to have a real good look at themselves.
