Small selection of most things camping, fishing, kayaking and very limited hunting range. The pricing is not overly competitive or convincing to return. The gift cards are not transferable between stores I found out after purchasing and would not refund. The gift card is a store credit? So the receiver of my gift had to travel to spend in store and not the their local store.

Don't just read my review but others too and form your own opinion. Ask yourself why are so many people are making similar comments! Understand they're a business but some products are really over priced!!! If you're a beginner and don't know what you're doing then you're gonna get ripped off here. If you know what you're doing then you'll know what I'm talking about.. return policy is a shocker at this store, in fact there's no return policy. Be safe just go to BCF or Anaconda.

I found products here were way more expensive than other stores and they don't really do exact price match. The staff was friendly and quite knowledgeable. However, just keep in mind that you will not be able to return items and get a refund if you change your mind, which I think it is a bit inconvenient and frustrating as most stores have more open return policy. This strict return policy has turned me off and I would probably not shop here again.

Fantastic service and knowledge from Dane and the team. From Hobie support, to buying a new reel. No hard sell, just honest information to make the decision easier. Really helped me out with my Hobie parts to get it back on the water. Thank you!

Tried to return something I bought based off the recommendation of the salesperson after realising it was a significant over-sell for my needs, but they wouldn’t refund my unopened product - only offered store credit (and since I’m not someone frequent this store, that really didn’t help). Happy to acknowledge that they have a good range of products though, and that the products seem to be well-made. Just won’t be going strictly off the recommendations of the salesperson here in the future.
