Very friendly and helpful staff! I bought a pair of wipers the other day. Although this store didn't have installation service at the moment, the young gentleman at the cashier still came to my car and helped out when he learned that I was stuck with them. Highly recommend!

Professional, most staff know their shop and where you will find things. I am a tradesman and sometimes the information offered could start with... do you have any knowledge of..... but that is a personality thing rather than a shop flaw. I use the Tuggeranong shop often and they are getting to know that I know what I am after, just need to find it in their vastly stocked store. I will continue to use Supercheap fo sure

Bought a booster seat but was an effort to get it price matched compared to target. On website it's advertised as price 'beating'....so not entirely true as it was price matched. Staff member at counter looked and acted like she would rather be anywhere else but there. To be honest if I knew the experience was going to be like this, would of saved the effort and got it delivered from target.
Pretty disappointed after visiting here. Despite all the big signs on the walls outside and Supercheap Auto’s general moto of ‘We can fit it for you’, I was told that a light could not be fitted for me as they don’t do ANY fittings at Supercheap Tuggeranong. I specifically stopped at this shop because of these signs. When I was trying to pick out the light, while they had handy screens for me to figure out which one I needed, I couldn’t find any staff on the floor to confirm if I was picking the right one. The servers at the counter seemed so completely out of it and uninterested. When declining my request to fit it, I had to ask more questions to find out any details for other options. Their only suggestion was the store in fsywick after enough questions. Walking away I then had a light I wasn’t even sure about and had to book with a car repair place because I can’t change it or drive all the way to Fsywick So exhausted from what should have been a simple trip.
