Paid for an item (Printer) and 2 weeks plus 4 days is still in limbo. Also trying to contact them is impossible and when one does nothing eventuates too. I was a frequent customer for years introducing my family members to the stores for its excellent service - printing, equipments and stationery, now would not approach them as useless as an Ashton a motorbike.

Well stocked and decent range. I stood in the expensive computer area waiting to try ask a question about the desktop PC's but no staff anywhere to be seen. I ended up just grabbing a box that was close enough. I understand all businesses have been hit by COVID but it would be good to see a few more available staff to answer questions.

As everyone has said below - they wont answer their phones! How else are we meant to check stock PRIOR to going into the store? (Online stock levels are not always accurate) Its not hard to answer a phone call.

Terrible customer service. I asked for a mobile and was told someone would go looking for one in stock because Officeworks don't like to have the stock on the shelf. I stood aside so that others could get served and waited 20 minutes until eventually I was fed up and asked if someone was still looking for the mobile. Then I was told that someone had already found the mobile but no one had bothered to let me know. I'd still be waiting if I hadn't asked what was happening. Also, there were about 5 staff walking around or chatting between themselves and there were barely any customers in store but still no one offered to assist. I won't be back to this store. This is the not the first time I've had no customer service in this store.

Terrible attitude to customer service! When I arrived at the counter to pay, the person serving me had a mobile phone cable hanging from his ears and was chatting to someone on the phone. Didn't bother to greet me. He scanned my item, I tapped my credit card, and he then turned to serve the next customer without even bothering to thank me for being a customer. He is not doing Officeworks any favours with his attitude, but it also reflects poorly on Officeworks that they clearly don't bother with training their staff in how to interact with customers.
