I ignored the bad reviews and hoped for the best when I started to visit this clinic. Unfortunately I have payed the price. I am now looking for a new neurologist as Dr Sonigra does not take matters seriously, spends maximum 5 minutes in the appointment and won't even answer any of my questions. The reception staff are a whole other story. Tried to scam me into paying twice for an appointment (395). Even after proving with bank statements that I had paid they still had the audacity to yell at me "is this too complicated for you??!". Turns out they stapled the receipt onto the wrong patients file or something like that. No apologies from them for this of course. The woman who I think is the practice manager - a Karen looking woman with skunk coloured hair - has THE most disgusting attitude I have ever seen from someone working in healthcare. Please avoid this clinic at all costs.

Extremely unprofessional. It may be different with one of the young Neurologists who are trained with interpersonal skills and understand physical conditions aren’t just for the mature aged population. I strongly advise if you’re young to see different Neurologists unless you want to be smirked and laughed at. I had three Doctors including specialists suggest I need to see a Neurologist for my symptoms. The symptoms interfere with my work and my personal life. I was not taken seriously and my concerns were not addressed. The Neurologist did not even do any tests nor suggest any diagnosis, revision, or treatment.

Where do I start. Dealing with this clinic for nearly 5 months has been the worst experience of my life. All businesses have bad days and we excuse them for that, but this one can never get things happening as it should. They cant tell you when an appointment is, they don't call back as promised, prescriptions can take a week to be received by email, and the list goes on. I don't know if the problem lies with the office staff or the Neurologist. How did I remedy my frustration.... I changed Neurologists and recommend you do the same, as quickly as you can!
