Dog ripped head off and chewed up an 50 year old Teddy bear with sentimental value. Was repaired to good standard

I am having a dreadful experience with them at the moment. I am hoping it can be rectified and that my precious 66 year old teddy is recognisable and the same teddy that I left with these people when they change him back to the sweet bear he was instead of something hideous and just not my teddy anymore. Very sad. Will keep you posted Well, where do I begin. I have my teddy back to near as possible to his original sweet appearance. Dealing with these people is traumatic. They will make unrealistic reasons, such as his nose stitching was not original and tampered with. Codswallop! His features were because the stuffing had compacted etc etc etc. Apart from all this, they will not listen, and are arrogant in that they know what my teddy is suppose to look like. I am the one who has had him for 66 years, I think I know more than they as to how he has always looked. If his features were because of compacted stuffing, it was miraculously compacted perfectly symmetrically. It was agreed that when he was dropped that his appearance was not to change. I was worried that the fragile material being his skin would be ruined because of how over stuffed they made it. But it faired ok when they removed some of the stuffing. Niki was quite upset and angry that I had chosen this platform to air my grievances, but by doing so, I believe it forced them to fix teddy. No apology for putting me through this,. I just wanted to throw the 200 on the counter, grab teddy and get out of there. 250 it cost. I would not recommend.

Our new dog tore up my partners favourite bear (stuffing removed, no eyes, sections of fabric missing) that was 8 years old. Thankfully George was able to completely re-store Harold (the bear), filled him with new stuffing, stitched on a new tail and rear section, washed him and replaced his eyes. I was extremely happy with the result and George and his family are awesome to deal with. Very honest, well priced and got the job done. Thank you!

I cannot put into words how thrilled I am for the hard work and dedication of Diane and George. I booked my first ever teddy in for some much needed TLC, he's been with me for 26.5 years and was really showing his age. Having handed him into their care, I had worries of how he would come back to me and what changes would be made to give him new life. Well the results were incredible, he is just perfect, and the more I look at him the more I see just how perfect he is. Diane clearly worked very carefully with him, and It's wonderful to have him looking so healthy and clean! Thank you so very much for giving Jemery a new life - I will be forever greatful.

My doll had a broken arm so I took her here to get fixed. She was fixed quite quickly and the cost was very reasonable. The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend others to go here. Thank you.
