The old greendale pub pre covid was 5 star This post covid version is terrible I had a mate down from Darwin took him here for a feed. Got porterhouse steak, it was cooked properly but unfortunately it was Luke warm and absolutely full of gristle and chewy, it had been sitting for way too long. The scallop potatoes ware ok the gravy was the weirdest thing I’ve ever tasted, and had a skin across the top that needed a ice pick to break through, again been sitting for ages. Out of a 10 I would honestly rate it a 3 Won’t be back in a hurry that’s for sure. Lift game greendale.

My wife and I love to go to country pubs for lunch. We had a great meal on a cold winters day by the wood fire. The food was great and the staff more then helpful we will be back again soon for another great feed. TWO THUMBS UP

Disgraceful. I was here with on March 7 at 12.51 pm. I was ignored by the staff who I would have asked if there was room available however they preferred to deal with people who pushed in front of me at the bar. This is not okay. I enjoyed my lunch at the Royal hotel in Bacchus Marsh instead. You guys suck. Balls.
Some of the not so favorable reviews on here make me laugh. Best parma i've ever had and the service is what it is, its a pub not a bloody michelin star restaurant! So if you want the best parma you can buy and a great old country pub atmosphere then Greendale pub is it! For the rest of you butt hurt sooks carrying on about the service harden up yu bunch of sooks.
Went here last night with the fam. Huge servings of delicious food, great range of ice cold drinks, awesome outside area, friendly punters and the most amazing staff with absolutely top notch customer service. Thanks guys we'll be back again and again! :)
Great country pub. We went on parma night and the chicken nacho parma is the best I've had. My husband had the beef parma and it was a generous size. 10 out of 10 for both our meals.
Waited an hour for a bowl of chips and a pizza, what a joke. Offered no apology.
