Greenbank have been soo amazing. I couldnt ask for better support for my beautiful furr babies and the service is second to none. They made my dog and bird feel special and listened to my concerns and met all our needs at a reasonable price. Thanks Greenbank. Highly recommend

These people (the vets, nurses, ladies at the front office and everyone in between) have provided nothing but the best care and advice! They have supported and cared for my baby British Bulldog through all of the emergencies and surgeries and I would happily recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're a bulldog owner. The vets really know what they are talking about and don't waste your time or money, they simply do what is best for the animal.

I highly recommend Greenbank Vet they have been amazing in supporting Me and My Corgi Sasha through her pregnancy journey. The whole team is dedicated and will go above and beyond, taking my constant calls to ask questions and providing support, seeing my whole litter of 7 puppies an hour before close for an unexpected visit when no other vet would squeeze us in... this vet always puts the animals first before ... I am so great full to have been recommended to try Greenbank Vet. I now tell all my friends and coworkers if they need a vet this is the place to go. I have 3 dogs and visited this clinic regularly. When my AmStaff started limping 3 years ago we brought her there for treatment and was casually diagnosed as arthritis and given anti-inflammatory drugs. However her condition did not improve and she attended 3 follow up consultations and ended up with switching to other anti-inflammatory drugs. Then she developed fever and was given antibiotics which didn't help at all. For following weeks she was switched from one antibiotics to another with no improvement. We gave up and brought my dog to Park Ridge Animal Hospital where she was diagnosed with end stage bone cancer. She was then referred to the specialist at the city and was told it was too late, the cancer had spread to her hip and she could have been successfully treated if detected earlier.

Fantastic service right from when they picked up the phone. I was recommended to visit this vet by my local surgery as they couldn’t help my old Jack Russell. Kylie was wonderful, precise and informative. The staff were lovely and took care on my old girl. The price was very reasonable also!!

Used to be a nice little local vet I had used for years but I will never come here again, place has recently been bought out and has changed for the worse, one of the vets specialises in dog breeding so people travel from all over for that service which has led to a dramatic increase in customers, a busy car park, long waits and a stressful waiting room environment. The place has lost this customer forever.
