Really terrible experience with appalling service. We had a 3 month wait for our car to be delivered (which was not an issue). However during this time our sales rep left the company and for 2 weeks my emails and calls to his boss went unanswered, as I was after an updated ETA. I finally got through, and 3 weeks before the car was due to arrive, was told the car had never been ordered! They managed to find another one from a different dealer in Australia, but again during this time my calls and emails went unanswered (even when I was enquiring about buying additional accessories), and promises to call me back never eventuated. The one positive was Jess who was there on the day we picked up the car, she was very approachable and helpful. However we won't be going back, we will take our car to another Kia garage for servicing.

We have been looking around few Kia stores trying to find a car asap. Finally, bought a new car Kia Seltos before expected delivery time. Jesse looked after us in this whole process. Jesse was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I really appreciated the time she has put into getting my new car. I would highly recommend Jesse for her amazing customer service skills. If you go to Parramatta, Kia then make sure you ask for Jesse as she will take care of all your car needs. Overall great customer experience :) Thanks Jesse. Keep it up!!!
