Poor customer service. Attended the Mort Street site at 12:30 today to pay cash for 95 SQM of cream bricks and i was not permitted to choose the pallets I wanted, so I walked. Your young site supervisor needs to learn a thing or two around customer service. There is plenty of competition in the recycled brick trade within 10 kms so I took my business there.
