I would avoid going to Action Suzuki Parramatta. Booked Suzuki Jimny with Suzuki's Parramatta dealer in Sydney, the wait for the order was over a year which was OK with me. Didn't hear anything from the dealer for months about the order so went back a few weeks ago to check the order. Sales guy told us the price went up. Instantly decided to cancel the order. Not sure whether it was inline with legal requirement for the price hike that we settled on the order. Didn't bother to argue, to avoid any other issues in the future if we would get the car. Not going back to that shop again. And no more Suzuki too.

Vanessa, Donald and the team at Action Suzuki Parramatta should be commended for all their hard work! They run like a (pardon the pun) well oiled machine and I couldn't thank them enough for how I was treated day 1 to the day I picked up the car. No matter the time of day, they were all there willing to help out, have a chat or offer a coffee! Knowing you don't buy a brand new car every day, I'm glad this time I could deal with Action Suzuki Parramatta and if by chance, somewhere down the line, I need to buy another... I know where to go! Thanks again and I look forward to popping in and showing off the new Jimny as it grows!
Lack of skill to sell or fit product in customer requirements. I approached the dealership to inquire about cars which can fit into existing lease quote for another make and received a dead cold response from sales team. Would not recommend to anyone who has any thinnest of another option of make or dealership as its better than interacting with such sales team.
So I booked in a test drive the day before for the Vitara at 10am the next day. I arrived on time but Sales person, Vitalii is too busy with the one other walk in customer to greet me, then final after 20 min he asks me to wait outside while he deals with the walk in customer. I'm waiting in the sun for another half hour with no engagement by the staff whatsoever, eventually I leave. I have money to spend with and appointment and it's like they could not be bothered. Epic fail. Worst reception and customer service possible. It's like they don't want to sell cars?
Asvertised a car online, i went in and after 1hour of looking at car was told incorrect price and thr price had been updated online while i was there, Manager refused to sell the car for that price, although by law they should off. Wont be buying a new car from them, ill be going to a NON- PARRAMATTA MOTOR GROUP!
