Took a month to fianlly get my laptop back after being told it would only take about a week or 2. It took 11 days just to get a quote. If you want the job done you'll have to pester them, don't expect them to get back to you or weeks may just go by while you wait. You'll also pay upto 60% before the job is even done. 2 star because when I finally got it back it seems to be working well so gotta give credit where credit is due. They do a good job on there fix ups. Just don't expect them to be fast, good at communicating or cheap.
