Having switched from other body corporate management 6 years ago, I can wholly heartedly endorse the team (specifically Rebecca) at Hartley's. Both personally and as treasurer of our small BC, I can attest to the professionalism, hard work and solid communication demonstrated by the team. We have regularly had a HBCM member on site when needed, they are swift to reply to emails and phone calls, as well as going beyond the expected when it comes to service. I have been registed successfully for your email invoice request on your website half year ago，also got the system reply email told me it is successfully done. but after that，I didn't got any invoice email from your admin，so I contact your office lady who called Tina by email，let her know my problem before the due day for last quarter bill，she send me the invoice by her email but didn't solve the problem. I still didn't get the email invoice this quarter again and send email to her to ask，till she forward the admin email to me，i found they put the wrong email adress on that，but during this half year，I keep to use the same email to contact her and eventhrough got the reply said I registed sucessfully. I cant understand， this kind of simple mistake will take over half year to find out even by myself.

Hartley’s body corporate helped us establish the Body Corporate during the construction phase of our unit development providing guidance on what would be required for the body corporate. They always responded to our information requests promptly and in a friendly manner. The provided budget estimates for ongoing expenditure and later Disclosure documents for “Off the Plan” and normal sales. As we approached completion and plan sealing they provided valuable advice on insurance, statutory requirements and ongoing operation of the unit complex as well a timing on each milestone. This included advice on potential service providers such as cleaning, grounds maintenance and fire services. We are now roughly 1 year into the operation of the body corporate and they have always provide prompt advice on issues as they came up.

Our property manager Rebecca, always responds to our requirements in a timely manor, they are across the current regulations and laws regarding body corp. They have a reliable network of repairers to handle various maintenance issues with our complex and we have a very good working relationship. We would not hesitate to recommend this company .
