Called the provided number and was promoted to explain the reason for my call. After 3 attempts the robotic operater didn't understand my request so terminated the phone call, promoting me to phone back several more times. I just wanted to talk to a human.
Very rude at front .nobody take any action if u complaint .
the woman who greeted me when i came in to apply for student aid was rude disrespectful and comtantly replied what when i gave her my details the second woman was kind but i was still insulted by how badly the first woman treated me.
