Thanks Thomas yet again you got me out of a jam. I have used this business on various occasions to not only repair but to service my microwave, vacuum cleaner, TV, DVD player and computers. all good things take time and there is no difference when it comes to having something repaired. Don't blame the middle man when things are delayed as it usually depends on parts being available and dispatched. I recommend this business to whoever needs a repair or service carried out. Look beyond where they come from and give them a fair go. Thanks again guys for your help.
Rude receptionist with no idea about a proper customer service, it is amazing that they still have anyone as a customer. Repair tech not turning up for an appointment as well? Total joke. and for someone called himself a rees with 5 star review - is your name Sharon or Thomas by any chance ( owners of the joint?)
The only place I could find who would look at a printed circut board put of an air conditioning unit. The tech had not checked a board from an ac unit before, he charged me 30:00 to check and an extra 30:00 after he fixed the board. The manufacturer of the air conditioning unit no longer have the board in stock, if I could not have the board fixed the owner would have had to buy a new unit.
Absolute nightmare . Put in 70 inch tv to be fixed and it came back worse then the original problem . Told me it was the backlight and charged me 580. Problem happened again 8 weeks later to be then told it was the power board at this stage I am wondering whether it was the backlight or powerboard. Really started to believe I was being had . Picked the tv up and it had loose parts rattling around inside . Managed a full refund , however I now have a tv that has a considerable amount of damage and is deemed useless Edward admitted to lying it down as he had minimal room in his workshop , this caused more damage . From start to finish I was fed absolute rubbish .Clearly do not know what they are doing . Do not even consider this company to repair your goods .
