I have been a customer of Direct Chemist outlet in Glenroy for over 15 years. I trust the team there because both the sales assistants and the pharmacists have been consistently helpful and go over and beyond at times to ensure I have either the medication I need or the products I request even if they are not currently items they would normally stock. My scripts are all on file and I don’t have to ever worry about losing them or not having the medication I need... Oh and did I mention by far the cheapest ! That Always helps !

Terrible service Mark refused delivery during corona of asthma medication. I did not need it today, Mark advised he was unable to help as it would require a 5 min deliver which I was happy.to pay for tomorrow. Disappointing

Great customer service, staff are always very welcoming and helpful and always go above and beyond for me, if they don't have the item I want in stock they will order it. Mark is my favourite pharmacist, he remembers everyone's names including mine and that's what I love about the store.
