Great bunch of people at this depot. They are DHL agents so no doubt you will come across them at some stage.

Wow. What a great experience!!! Not! Delivered all items except one and scanned it in the depot every day for the last week. When I finally rang, I was advised that they didn’t have my number and then proceeded to tell me my phone number. Huh? And to ice the cake, said I could go and pick it up. Umm isn’t that what I pay money for.... delivery!!!

My experience was not good. A consignment has been sitting at a depot for 8 days now waiting for Road Runners to deliver the item. Direct Freight (who shipped the item) report they cannot get the operator of Road Runners to return their calls or emails. I also have tried for 3 days to contact Road Runners and the phone is not answered. There is not even a message bank. The consignment does not require a signature on delivery, so there is no excuse for the delay.

I have had to deal with Road Runners as the 3rd party hired to deliver and pick up for interstate couriers. On every single occasion they have been unprofessional. 1 person for large heavy items 41kg the most recent. Poor communication, by that I mean no communication in regards to pick up or drop off dates. I really wish the interstate providers would select couriers that matched their standards and not the Dodgey Brothers that is Road Runners . If I could give minus stars I would

Road Runner provides the worst service ever, supposed to deliver my parcel on Wednesday 04/03 the lazy drive could not find my unit which I have given the instructions to make his and my life easier. Company did not contact us at all, after 3 days with my parcel stuck in the warehouse we have to call them to find out the reason why the parcel has not been delivered yet. The company said if we want our parcel we have to pick it up otherwise wait for their willingness to deliver whenever they want, what a great service. The warehouse is 10 minutes from my place, but the most disappointing is that the company has not made any effort to contact us to let us know that their professional driver could not find our address even we gave the introduction which a 3 year old kid would be able to understand. Anyway if you can avoid this company, unfortunately we did not choose them, the seller who we bought the parcel from is partner with them. Good luck if you choose them to deliver your goods.

I have had 2 parcels purchased which were meant to be delivered by this company. The first one was a large box that therefore couldn't be just left in the mail box and I expected it to be left at my door. I did not receive any notification that an attempted delivery had been made, and they probably didn't try to deliver at all. After about a month and a half waiting for my parcel I rang them up and they said it was at their depot and I had to go and pick it up. I don't pay for a parcel to be delivered so that I then have to take time to go and get it when I am busy. Secondly, my brother bought something for my dad who was visiting me. The delivery came from England and he paid 30 pounds for it to be delivered in express post. No one tried to deliver it, as we were home all day but a slip was found in the grass next to my door which luckily I picked up. The slip asked me to sign and leave it at the door so that the next time an attempted delivery was made, they had the authority to leave it. The note has been signed and still on my door for about 10 days now. My brother rang them and they said the delivery has been 'there for ages' and that they will redeliver it. No one has come to redeliver it because I work from home, and because the note is on the door just in case anyway. My brother asked me to go and get it instead. I don't understand why if a parcel has been 'there for ages' they wouldn't notify someone, deliver it, or contact someone to pick it up. Extremely bad service. After 2 weeks parcel still has not been delivered, my dad has left and I will now have to pay for the parcel to be redirected to him, as well as go and waste fuel to pick it up myself.
