I came in for some emergency work after my bridge broke. I was glad to find somewhere open on a Saturday. This is the second time the bridge has broken so it is unlikely the repair will last very long but I'm confident it will last as long as I can. Dr Risk performed the work for me. The bridge and first repair were performed by another practice. I'll happily return to Dr Risk for further work and maintenance.

I had work done last year by Dr Lewis Risk , a third year dentist. The majority of the work completed, costing thousands of dollars failed and I was forced to repeat the procedures. I attended the surgery for a full assessment by Dr Sonia who informed me I would have to see Dr Risk again to receive a refund... she also discussed the fact that she didn’t understand why some of the work was even attempted. There were two dental nurses present at my appointment and they stated I would have no problem receiving a refund from Lewis Risk. After multiple email communications with Pam the practise manager( whom had been in hospital and whom had a parent being treated for cancer) Yes I get it ! Sorry Pam! Pam also stated rudely, that the money didn’t come out of her personal bank account!! To cut it short, this 3rd year dentist, Lewis Risk has requested proof of repeat treatment and invoices despite the fact I attended the practise to have a thorough examination by Dr Sonia .I explained to practise manager, I did not wish to see Dr Risk again ,because I no longer had confidence in him. I received a call from Dr Risk late this afternoon stating he was unwilling to give me a refund for repeated treatment and basically invited me to leave my honest review , which I have given
