Never had a problem here. Quick and easy service and always helpful
If I could rate them a 0 I would. Only 1 person out of 7 was working. 1 hour to see 3 clients. If I worked as slow as them I would get fired. Glad to see tax dollars working well. Get your act together.
I do not know what these other people are on about. I spoke politely treated them with respect and got the same back. Thank you to the staff at Glenelg who made my first time an easier experience.
I just received an SMS (today; January 25th) telling me that my pension has been suspended for not attending a Job Network Appointment I was never told I had! Nor was any appointment listed on my centrelink customer web page! And regardless of this: I lodged a new medical certificate on January 22nd (to which I have proof) which covers me until March 2019, yet centrelink staff haven't even bothered to code it, what's the point of the document upload system then? It seems even when you do everything right and to the letter, you still get breached and your payments cut! You just can't win! A heavily broken system run by people who just don't care that their actions cause stress and negatively impact innocent people,.. I wouldn't wish them on my own worst enemy. This is especially stressful to those - like myself - whom have been ill for an extended period.
Cannot believe tax payers are paying these incompetent people - especially Adam - made two errors; inappropriate comments about how I came to be there - on one occasion while I was waiting, gave a pay cheque to three individuals who admitted they were then off to the casino with their allowance to which he joked and responded "good luck" - hardly instills any confidence in customers. Judgemental comments made by a very unattractive large blonde woman who cancelled my JobActive appointment without advising me and held up my payment over Christmas. Good thing I'm not a suicidal type and believe in karma.
