Statistically, every time I visit hj's Glendale at least 1 thing is wrong with my order every single time. Staff are lazy and don't seem particularly concerned with the quality of food or service at all. Having said that, the food is consistently average and inexpensive which is basically all you can expect for food in this price range

Been going to this Hungry Jack's since I was a kid. Love the friendly staff, food is always fresh and the caffee drinks here are some of the best I've ever had! Would definitely recommend you bring your friends and family here!
Great service - best chips! Yes there’s a wait but hey make it fresh and you can taste the difference- we rarely have fast food but I totally rate this place as a cheap little naughty treat. I ordered the rebels and the young man kindly checked that we were ok to have it on the one broiler - thanks for checking! NB: you can make the rebel 100% plant based by asking for the vegan cheese and mayo swap out ;) Decor needs updating, but the nostalgia is real
The worst wait times of any drive-through locally. Food is pretty good though. Strongly avoid at anything close to peak hours.
Forgot all 4 drinks. Fried were LOADED with salt to the point where you can’t eat them. Burgers all poorly made. Packaging on one burger was sticky to touch. Packaging on a different burger was ripped open and squished. Forgot sauces. Salt all over the bag and had to dust off everything. Never going back. Not worth the wait. Previous visit took over an hour to get our food.
