they sell used games as new. And it was not just a human error. Avoid
Pretty good range of games and accessories, would have given 5 stars but this EB constantly puts PreOwned stickers on the actual disc which isn't good, they also put the stickers on the paper insert sleeve of PreOwned games which aren't removable and ruins the cover.
Staff are knowledgeable easy to talk to and for a small store always has what u need
