Waited outside in line for 15 min. Entered and ordered straight away, we were looking at other tables that came after us and ordered after us, their food came out first. Ended up waiting over 40 min for our food, had to ask the rude waitress 5 times!, all of them did not say sorry some reply back in chinese which we found very offensive! Literally came in and the restaurant was packed, and our food came out when the place was half empty! Ordered the wagyu, they responded “because is wagyu has to be baked” which did not make sense. Outside says maximum capacity 40 people, we literally counted there was approximately 70 people inside. I dont think is safe in these COVID conditions!! Seriously, management need to look into these issues.

This are my points: 1. Pigs ears are overpriced, that's why we make it at home 2. Noodles are really good 3. The decoration, collects so much dust, like an antique shop 4. Dangerous and dopey waitresses, they could spill the bubbling soup on the table which someone could possibly sue them

Plenty of covered outdoor seating, socially distanced tables, reasonable turnaround of orders, reasonably priced huge servings!

Better don't buy any take away food from here. I don't even know they don't encourage you to buy take away.they will charge you some extra fees for take away food. Speechless

Garbage service.I ordered a order of MaoxueWang noodles , the waitress was very rude, she kept looking at her mobile phone when ordering the food, even I told her five times what I needed, she did not give me the right thing. I don't know if their boss teaches them to use their phones at work, or even basic restaurant etiquette. My friend ordered a takeout once in November 2020 and they even kept her waiting for almost an hour and a half. At that time she told me not to go to their house to order takeaway, but I still thought I should give them a chance, now I am very disappointed, I will never go back, and will never go to all the stores of this brand again!!

Well, prefer to go other Tina’s noodle place than this one even those maybe further. Literally no service. It doesn’t matter how’s the food taste in this scenario.

Can't say I enjoyed eating food here. It's way to much oil and the flavour is average at best. We had glutinous rice cakes which were very rubbery and sweet. Hot and spicy beef slices and hot and spicy beef wagyu slices. Plenty of better choices nearby.
