My experience was a good one. I was greeted very professionally. The lady took the time wirh me while i was decided on what to purchase. In the end she even took a further 10% off. We had a very pleasant discussion. In the end she was completely lovely and friendly. I was happy with my purchase.

I bought a bangle for 357 which broke. I returned it and was offered a replacement which was smaller than the one I returned. They found another bangle , allegedly. I collected it and it broke again. I returned it and they said it was because it was made of thin flimsy gold. I asked for a refund if it meant I couldnt wear the bangle because it was so flimsy. They contacted me a week later and were very happy to announce that I had a store credit. Then they told me I have only six months to choose a replacement item or I lose my money because that is company policy. This has been going on now for over 3 months. I am in the process of lodging a complaint with consumer affairs.

The woman was rude in telling us a gift of under 50 for our god daughter was cheap and told us to "cough it up"!! We've never walked out of a shop feeling so cheap and degraded. The customer service experience took place Friday night 18th Aug at around 8.30pm at The Glen shopping centre. The lady was walking back into the shop. She appeared to be in her 40s, around 5'3" in height and with brown medium length hair. We will never walk into that store again. We ended up buying a nice necklace at another shop for only 30. The lady was absolutely lovely and made the gift feel like it was worth 300.

Sold me a watch with full of scratches in the back which wasn't the one I chose from the display. And refused to refund so I had to go for some other model by paying extra. The staff was very disrespectful specially the indian lady. I will never buy from any of their shops. Be very careful with these guys.
