Darryl Wickham first contacted us some 11 years ago and has kept in touch ever since. This year was the year that it became time to downsize and put our home of 31 years on the market. So, who did we give the opportunity to after speaking with three different firms and an Advocate, why, Darryl and his colleague Li Morris of course from the Glen Waverley branch of Ray White. They started a five week marketing campaign before auction day last Saturday and brought in another colleague, Hillary for those open house inspections. The marketing plan was set out at the outset and followed diligently with a couple of private inspections thrown in by Li Morris. Of course during this time the media were having a field day with denigration of the property market and there is no doubt in our minds that this adverse publicity had an effect on the housing market, depressing it from the high point is had reached. Nevertheless, the work put in by Darryl, Li and Hillary paid off when the auctioneer, Damien Moore entered the scene last Saturday morning and successfully sold the property , just over the reserve price we had agreed. We were pleased with the process and the end result and compliment all those from Ray White that participated in the marketing of our home, especially Li , Hillary and of course Darryl and on auction day, Damien. The result for us was even more impressive as there were a number of other properties sold by auction on the same day in the near vicinity of ours. Well done team Wickham. Craig & Rae

Since leasing in Wheelers Hill in 2017 through Ray White Real Estate, but especially since Paul Harpham has been our property manager, we have always had excellent service and felt well taken care of. In an older house, repairs and general issues are more common than the newer builds, but any time we have had an issue, big or small, Paul has been incredibly responsive and professionally manages any requests/issues/maintenance etc. to completion. Throughout our tenancy he has always been friendly and communicative. He is honest, respectful and has always done right by our family as tenants, as well as keeping our landlord in the loop. It’s not always the case to have a reliable, trustworthy property manager, so we feel pretty lucky to have him! Thanks for everything Paul!!
